You are invited to attend the Southern District CEU Conference on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the William Carey University Health Sciences Building.

This conference will feature 4.0 hours of CEUs, including 3.0 hours of Ethics taught by WCU faculty members Jude Haney PhD, MPH, RHIA, RS and Alicia Harris MBA, RHIA.

This presentation provides students with an understanding of what ethics are and how it plays a role in the management of healthcare organizations. This will be a close look at various ethical theories, healthcare law, and practical applications in Physical Therapy. In addition, this presentation will include aspects of HIPAA compliance and a collection of resources and terminologies to assist in the understanding of ethics and legal aspects of healthcare.
