You are invited to attend the Southern District CEU Conference on Friday, April 12, 2024 at the William Carey University, College of Health Sciences.

This conference will feature 4.0 hours of CEUs, including 3.0 hours of Ethics taught by WCU faculty member Jude Haney PhD, MPH, RHIA, RS.

This presentation provides students with an understanding of what ethics are and how it plays a role in the management of healthcare organizations. This will be a close look at various ethical theories, healthcare law, and practical applications in Physical Therapy. In addition, this presentation will include aspects of HIPAA compliance and a collection of resources and terminologies to assist in the understanding of ethics and legal aspects of healthcare.
