Registration

1. Diamond Sponsorship – $4,000.00
Diamond sponsors are the highest levels of the conference, and it includes a premium placement of a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for up to six attendees. In addition, it includes the vendors’ logo on conference signage at the conference and throughout the year on the APTA-MS website and newsletter. Platinum sponsors will receive a copy a full list of conference attendees for pre and post conference outreach. In addition, Platinum sponsors will be recognized as sponsors of the Friday evening reception.
2. Platinum – $2,000.00
Platinum sponsorship includes preferred placement of a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for four attendees. In addition, it includes the vendors’ logo on conference signage at the conference and throughout the year on the APTA-MS website and newsletter. Platinum sponsors will receive a copy a full list of conference attendees for pre and post conference outreach. In addition, Platinum sponsors will be recognized as break / breakfast sponsors of the conference.
3. Gold – $1,500.00
Gold sponsorship includes preferred placement of a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for up to four attendees. In addition, it includes the vendors’ logo on conference signage at the conference and throughout the year on the APTA-MS website and newsletter. Gold sponsors will receive a copy a full list of conference attendees for pre and post conference outreach.
4. Silver – $1,250.00
Silver sponsorship includes preferred placement of a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for up to three attendees. In addition, it includes the vendors’ logo on conference signage at the conference and throughout the year on the APTA-MS website and newsletter. Silver sponsors will receive a copy a full list of conference attendees for pre and post conference outreach.
5. Bronze – $1,000.00
Bronze sponsorship includes a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for up to two attendees. In addition, it includes the vendors’ logo on conference signage at the conference and throughout the year on the APTA-MS website and newsletter. Lastly, Bronze sponsors will receive a copy a full list of conference attendees for pre and post conference outreach.
6. General exhibitor – $750.00
General exhibits include a 6’ table, two chairs, and admission for one attendee.
